A week of Dinner…

We are kicking off our September Is The New January Challenge and I thought I would throw in our blog the week of our dinner recipes.  They all look delicious to me and I love that they give you options to make them for the whole family to keep everybody healthy and happy.

Here is what our week looks like for dinners for the family and feel free to change any of it to fit your dietary needs or to make your kids happy.
Sunday – Chicken Ranch Burgers on Sweet Potatoes (can make sweet potato fries as another option) Recipe is one of my favorite blogs Paleo Running Momma!

Monday – Garlic Parmesan Salmon packs
I love adding in fish and this one is a hit for the whole family.  Thank you to @Kimscravings for the receipe.

Tuesday – Cabbage Rolls
This is a new recipe to me and I am excited to try it.  There are vegetarian recipes too that look delicious.  This one has chicken in it for added protein and you could pair it with so many options for the kids (brown rice noodles would be a hit for my family). Wednesday – Shredded Chicken Tacos
This is one of my favorites for the whole family.  We use one jar of salsa right over the chicken in the slow cooker for the day while we are at work.  The kids love theirs in corn shells and I usually throw mine right on a salad with some corn chips too!  So many ways to use this recipe.  ENJOY! Thursday – Turkey Meatloaf Muffins with smashed cauliflower

Friday – Chinese Chicken & green beans
I feel like one day of the week I am making some kind of stir fry.  This one uses chicken and green beans but you can always add in your favorite vegetables.  I usually make some brown rice on the side too!

Saturday – Itialian Chicken & roasted veg
Another favorite of mine is throwing in any veggies I have into the oven with a little oil and then I usually put my chicken on the grill.  This one you can throw it all in the oven and be done!
